Staplebound

Turn a PDF into an A5 or A4 book printed on A3 paper, the size print shops use. Pick how it will be bound, stapled or spiral, and the pages come out in the order that binding needs, with cutting lines. Your file stays on your device: nothing is uploaded.

Binding

Each binding needs the pages in a different order, so choose the one you'll use. How each one goes together

Ink

Folded sheets push the middle pages out past the cover. Each sheet is cut a little narrower toward the middle so the edge comes out even; thicker paper needs more.

Past about 64 pages a booklet gets hard to fold and staple, so a long book is split into several.

More options

A spread is one wide page holding two facing pages. It is cut in two so each half lands on its own page, facing the other.

Page numbers

Most published books already have them; this is for files that don't.
